To protect your purchase, every ZERA product item comes with a 14-day warranty starting from its delivery date. Should your order arrive damaged from shipping or reveal a clear production defect, we will send you an exact replacement without any fuss.
Please keep in mind: standard cosmetic aging from daily use is not covered. However, if you experience a legitimate manufacturing flaw, rest assured we will take care of it.
Coverage Guidelines
This protection plan addresses faults that compromise the overall structural integrity and usability of your ZERA products. Everyday issues like simple surface discoloration can be easily resolved.
While we keep our terms straightforward without burying you in fine print, we ask for reasonable judgment. This policy does not cover intentional abuse or neglect. For instance, accidental drops onto hard surfaces is not eligible for exchange.
